Student parents often have a whole lot extra to worry about on top of the academic side of University! Luckily help is at hand in a few different ways.

Funding

The University now have a childcare fund which is open to ANY student parent, whether you're a full time, part time, undergraduate, postgraduate,  EU/international, or a nursing and midwifery NHS bursary-funded student. ALL student parents can apply.

The amount awarded to student parents vary depending on students' household income levels, and personal circumstances.

Sourcing Childcare

If you need to source childcare and don't know where to start, the University offers advice and information on how to source childcare on their website.
